Refunds are possible in the case of an eligible return. If you are not eligible for a return, we may still be willing to refund you. Please email support@weargauss.com
In cases where the purchaser paid a discounted price, only the discounted amount paid can be refunded.
Requesting a return is simple. Simply follow these instructions:
- You are eligible for a return if both of the following are true:
- The item is unused, undamaged (by you) and in its original, unopened packaging.
- Fewer than 30 days have passed since the date of your order.
- Email support@weargauss.com to request a return/refund.
- Use the subject line: “RETURN / RMA request”
- In the email body, include your order number and the last 4 digits of the credit card you used to purchase.
- Wait up to 2 business days.
- We will reply with shipping instructions.
- Once our warehouse recieves the return, the money will be refunded to your bank card.
